So You Want To Play The Clarinet.

This new, expanded edition includes material for intermediate study - complex time signatures, faster rhythms, how to approach the altissimo register, and includes selected etudes from Bona's Rhythmical Articulation - edited with the developing clarinetist in mind.  So You Want To Play The Clarinet will now cover almost everything - from how to open the case to performing challenging etudes designed to prepare the clarinetist for advanced level literature.

Don't forget about Daily Workouts - a practical approach to scale technique without wasting valuable practice time!

In 2003 Paula was a featured clinician for the prestigious Midwest International Band and Orchestra Conference.  She has made three presentations for TMEA; two for Oklahoma University's Clarinet Symposium and served on the faculty of the Indiana University Clarinet Teaching Workshop for eight years.
